Late Homework: Worth half credit unless valid excuse.
Credits toward letter grade: Homework 10%, Midterms, 25% each; Final, 40%.

Meeting with Instructor: Two times during the quarter each student will
meet privately with the instructor to discuss performance on exams, progress on
concepts, and homework.
